Yes, we have a certified athletic trainer at all sessions during camp to monitor any injuries or illnesses. He/she will, also, be available during registration to talk to parents and/or campers about specific needs.

Each camper will be placed in a group and evaluated on the first day.  If the camp staff feels the camper needs to change groups, we do that as soon as possible.

We will have multiple camp counselors in every wing of the residence hall.  They do nightly bed checks to make sure each camper is accounted for and safe in their room.

Yes, we have a $60 fee to pick-up and return campers safely from the airport.  If you only need a one-way transport, it is $30.  If you need to take advantage of this service, please let us know as soon as possible. Portland International Airport (PDX) is about 20 minutes from campus.

Yes, you can come anytime. Most parents attend on the last day when we are in tournament play.  There will be a final day schedule handed out at registration.

Residents also have the option of ordering pizza and receiving it at the end of the night session.

No, a physical is not needed. Each camper does need to turn in the Release Statement signed by a parent or guardian. Also, each camper has to turn in a copy of their insurance card. Both of these need to be sent or turned in prior to the start of camp.

Each camper will get a camp t-shirt and camp certificate.

You can register online via this website, or you can print out the application and send it to the address listed on the application. The cost is the same if you register online or through the mail.

Of your camp payment, $100 is considered a non-refundable deposit that holds your camper’s spot in the camp. Since camp will be sold-out, we unfortunately have to turn many applications away once we are full. If your child is dismissed from camp for disciplinary reasons, there will be no refund.

The facilities utilized by the camp are within walking distance of one another.

The parent needs to inform the camp director of any departures from camp. At that time, a departure and arrival time and place will be agreed upon.

Yes. Resident campers’ keys will be collected at the beginning of camp and returned at the end of camp.  Commuters will be allowed to keep their keys, but not be allowed to utilize their car on campus, except for their arrival and departure each day.

Each camper will be responsible for paying for parking.

The GPS address for the Peter W. Stott Center is 930 SW Hall Street Portland, Oregon 97205. However, do not mail anything to this address. It is strictly for travel purposes.

No mail cannot be delivered to campers.
